Welcome Home
We know meeting people for the first time can be intimidating and going to a new church for the first time can cause anxiety.
What should I wear? Where do the kids go? Do I just go straight in or is there coffee?
Let's talk about it!
We want to help make your first experience at Valley Church a great one!

Attire

Entering The Clayton Center
You'll meet the world's warmest people just inside the door at our welcome table.
This is where you will be given a name tag.
If you have children, you can sign them in here, and then walk them down the hall to their Sunday School room.
After signing in, come see Christy at the Higher Grounds coffee counter
for some fresh coffee or lemon water and the world's finest store-bought donuts.
We offer 3 children's ministry areas:
Infants/Toddlers (birth to 2 years of age)
Preschool (3 years old to 5 years old)
Elementary (1st grade to 5th grade)

Middle & High School Students
There's nothing like a family that worships together.
That' why Middle & High School students join the adults in the worship service.
They have their own weekly gathering on Sunday evenings.
5:55pm to 7:30pm at Lolli and Bobo's Ice Cream Shoppe (just behind Chick Fil A).

The Actual Worship Experience
Valley Church's service is about 60 minutes long.
Services begin with the Valley Church Band leading the church in music with a modern contemporary style.
The song lyrics are projected on the screen so you can sing along or engage
with worship however you feel most comfortable.
After the music portion of the service is complete, one of our pastors
will share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.
Please refrain from throwing tomatoes. Thank you.
